 Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Where do I start, reguarding. Captain Max, & Triple Chunk Charters. For starters. Clean boat, respectful & courteous Captain. I met captain Max 3 yrs ago. Ive been fishing in the keys for yrs, but when you come across a something/someone special. You stay with it/him. He may be young, but he knows how to catch fish. We wanted Tuna, we caught tuna. We wanted Tarpon, we caught tarpon. All types of snapper &  Grouper, unfortunately the red snapper & grouper were out of season. But we wanted to catch them anyway. And we caught alot of both. He impessed me with his knowledge of the mangroves. How he navigated through them, finding those honey holes every fisherman talk about. The wrecks, where we caught monster grouper. AKA Goliath. OMG. Words cannot express our trip. This young man/captain will be a force to be recond with, in the ways of putting you on fish. My family has a fishing boat in NY, and he had big Grundens to fill when we were visiting in the Keys to put my boys “on the fish”!   He succeeded and then some!!! Max gave us a great experience from start to finish, it was seamless from booking, waivers and getting on the boat. 10/10 highly recommend! We will definitely will be going back again to Triple Chunk company. Max was easy to work with, very knowledgeable, and treated us like one of their own. The boat we chartered was pretty much new and had all the gadgets to make us feel like it was our own. Great job by all Max and crew !

Everything was top notch, from the hospitality, to the knowledge and friendly staff. Max was amazing to bring the boat to the shallow part of the ocean where the kids were able to jump off and experience swimming in the ocean. This was an amazing experience, highly recommend.

His expertise navigating the local fishing areas ensured we were always in the right spot and Max was more than happy to share tips and insights.  We caught some great fish, made unforgettable memories and thoroughly enjoyed ourselves.  If you’re in Key West and looking for a charter, Triple Chunk Charters is the way to go.
